Privacy policy

This policy explains what Tab Antics ("we") collects when you use the Tab Antics Twitch extension, the browser companion, or the streamer dashboard, where that data lives, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the marketing site at https://tabantics.com, the extension, the companion, and the dashboard at https://app.tabantics.com.

Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Twitch identity. Your Twitch user id, display name, and channel id, obtained through the Twitch extension or the dashboard's Twitch OAuth flow. This identifies the streamer or viewer a command belongs to.
• Companion tokens. A pairing token that links an installed browser companion to a streamer account, so the companion can receive the commands that streamer's viewers have triggered.
• Purchase and redemption history. A record of Bits transactions and channel-point redemptions: which command was triggered, the amount spent, and when. This is used to deliver commands and to reconcile Twitch transactions.
• Configuration. The commands a streamer has enabled, their prices and cooldowns, and the pre-approved URLs viewers may open.

Cookies and tracking

This marketing site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising scripts. The dashboard keeps its session token in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party trackers anywhere in the product.

Where data is stored

Account records, configuration, and purchase/redemption history are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database behind our API at api.tabantics.com, and are only reachable by the authenticated services that need them. Companion pairing tokens are held by the API and by the companion in your browser. Twitch itself processes Bits purchases and channel-point redemptions under the Twitch Privacy Notice.

Retention

We keep purchase and redemption history for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet Twitch, tax, and accounting obligations. When that purpose ends, the records are deleted or aggregated so they no longer identify you.

How to delete your data

You can request deletion of your stored data at any time by emailing privacy@tabantics.com from any address, including your Twitch identity so we can find your records.

• Streamers can also unlink the companion (which discards its pairing token locally and revokes it on the server) and disconnect the extension from the dashboard.
• Viewers can revoke the extension's access from their Twitch connections page in addition to emailing us.

We delete requested records within 30 days, except for the minimum we are required to retain by law or that we must keep for fraud prevention. We will tell you what, if anything, is retained and why. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Children

Tab Antics is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in the dashboard.
