Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Tab Antics (the "Service"), including the Twitch extension, the browser companion, the streamer dashboard at https://app.tabantics.com, and this marketing site. By installing or using the Service, you agree to them.

What the Service does

Tab Antics lets Twitch viewers trigger actions on a streamer's browser tabs. A Twitch extension provides the viewer controls and a browser companion performs the actions locally on the streamer's computer. The streamer decides which commands are enabled and what they cost.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have a valid Twitch account and, for the companion and dashboard, a supported browser. You are responsible for keeping your devices and accounts secure and for everything done through your installed companion.

Purchases, Bits, and channel points

Viewers trigger commands using Twitch Bits or channel points. Bits and channel points are Twitch-native mechanisms; purchases and redemptions are processed by Twitch under Twitch's terms, and Tab Antics never processes payments or card details. We do not offer refunds for Bits or channel points, and refunds are handled by Twitch where Twitch's policies allow.

Streamer responsibilities

Streamers are responsible for the commands they enable, the prices they set, and the URLs they approve. Destructive commands are disabled by default and are only run when a streamer opts in. Do not enable commands that could expose data or break something you are not willing to lose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any law or any Twitch or browser-store policy;
• attempt to bypass pricing, enablement, or consent controls;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the Service; or
• use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud anyone.

Data and privacy

The Service collects Twitch identity, companion pairing tokens, and purchase and redemption history, stores them in our Cloudflare-hosted database, and deletes them on request. The privacy policy describes exactly what is collected, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted, and forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

The Service depends on Twitch and on browser extension stores, and it runs on Cloudflare. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those platforms. Tab Antics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a command will always succeed. Commands act on your real browser tabs, so use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost revenue, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension and companion and disconnecting the dashboard. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
